Recently we worked on establishing water connections for a residential housing development out in Kainga on George Oliver Place. There are currently four homes that have been completed with more on the way.

As a semi-rural development, just located a few metres from a stop bank to the Waimakariri River, this project proved difficult for our team as there was only one existing water connection available to us. We had to tap into the existing connection by finding the shut off valve and water pipes underground to create new connections for the surrounding homes.

Relative to other projects we have worked on, this is a small job as there are only so many water connections we must establish. However, we still relish the challenge of areas such as this one by drawing on our expertise to provide a great result for the developer.
